Satisfy the fussy toddler in your house with a hands-on dinner plan.  Place a small pita on a piece of tinfoil, and spread with pizza sauce. (You could hide some pureed broccoli under the sauce if you have some on hand).  Arrange toppings in bowls: peppers, pepperoni (or try some Yves meat substitutes), pineapple, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, cooked ham, olives… Making faces or pictures out of the food is always a hit.  Bake finished pizzas at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or place on the BBQ.  Try to dissuade them from adding M&Ms….
