Smoothies are the best ever way to start your day. We stick protein powders and vitamins in them, and then as a mom I don’t have to stress for the rest of the day.

Ingredients:

1 cup       raspberry juice
¾ cup     raspberry yogurt (fat free)
½  cup    frozen raspberries
½             mango
½ cup     ice

Method:

Assemble all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix. Garnish with mint and a fun re-usable straw!
