I love that in the work I do, I get to interact with all sorts of fierce, amazing women. They have dreams, goals and things they are determined will get done. They are raising their kids, building their brands and making life better where they can. That drive and ambition is infectious. Netflix has a whole bunch of movies that celebrate fearless ladies like this:

A senior citizen, Ben, joins an e-c0mmerce firm and ends up meeting an amazingly successful entrepreneur named Jules. She’s juggling running a company and raising a family and trying to find the confidence in herself when her investors have other visions for the company she’s built. She overcomes difficulties in her marriage and finds her footing even though it’s really hard.
Hidden Figures
Three African American women rise above sexism and racism in the 60s and come together to achieve the impossible – getting a man into space! This is an amazing story and a great way to celebrate girl power. These women rose above so much in their time and it is such a delight to watch them succeed in a new and unexpected ways.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

After escaping a cult, Kimmy Schmidt is forced to rebuild her life and find herself in a new reality. She faces her oppressor, she navigates unexpected fame and forges new, meaningful relationships. Kimmy lost a big part of her life and she came back from difficult circumstances to stand on her one two feet – with a little help from her friends.
Netflix has some great choices if you’re looking to spend an evening rooting for your fellow women as they overcome remarkable circumstances and emerge victorious. Their victories inspire to reach for the stars, to not fear being out of this world or to come out of your shell and find yourself.
