bathroom-scale.jpgIt takes nine months to gain weight during pregnancy, but it’s hard not to expect that now you’ve delivered, the weight will disappear! Common wisdom maintains that you should expect just as long to get your shape back and lose weight as it took to gain it. Eat sensibly (if you are breastfeeding you shouldn’t diet anyway) and get some use out of your stroller and you shouldn’t have too much trouble getting back to the way you were – just give it some time.
