The season of sleeveless tops, sun dresses and shorts is in full swing, and it is a hot one. Unfortunately, with a broken wrist (send chocolate) it takes way more effort for me to appear beach-ready! Before I was sent a summer survival kit, I’d prep for a day out only to find I missed a spot shaving and the painstaking flat-ironing I was doing to create beachy waves, well, just wasn’t working.
Even though my cast means I can only bathe once every few days – (carefully!) I was thrilled to discover Vidal Sassoon Pro Series Waves Enhancer Spray. A spritz and a scrunch and my hair looked gorgeous (if I do say so…). I applied the Vidal Sassoon Pro Series Waves Crème Pomade right afterward and it held all day. It didn’t get greasy at all, so with a few more spritzes of Wave Enhancer Spray the day after and I was ready.
As for those pesky missed hairs, the Gillette Venus Snap with Embrace mini razor that I threw into my beach bag ensured that I had an easy-to-hold-with-one-hand solution for that dreaded patch of hair I discovered when I finally started to relax on the beach. I did mention that I can shave with my bad hand, right? Epic. again by giving you smooth, beautiful skin, no matter where you are.

No real embarrassing hair moments – just some mop-like ones in photos!
getting a haircut from my mom at home and walking around school for a week not knowing I had a chunk of uneven hair at the back!
Being admitted to the hospital after being too sick to shave for weeks. Being examined by different doctors and nurses with super hairy legs is not fun!
that would be when my sister gave me a home perm and it was extremely puffy and frizzy
Forgot my straightener on a trip to Europe and had to walk around for 2 weeks with horribly frizzy hair.
too much frizz, esp during this hot humid weather lately
when my sister decided to cut my hair–when we were little !!!
I had a Dr.’s appointment and didn’t bother to shave my legs as it was the winter and didn’t think the Dr. would need to look at my legs. Boy was I embarrassed when I had to roll up my pant leg and reveal my hairy legs to the Dr.!
A baseball cap to cover a greasy head, but then forgot about the greasy head and took off the cap. I ended up with hat head with greasy hair.
I had a spiral perm that just wouldn’t go away. My hair grew out but the perm stayed. It was straight at the top and spirally the rest of the way.
going for a beach day and forgetting to shave
My hair was all static after being on the trampoline with my kids – I didn’t know about my hair until I looked at the pics my hubby took! Scary! lol
Left my blonde highlights in to long.
Book my hair stylist at 7am .. only appt I could get to curl my hair and updo it for a wedding at 5pm.. it was a long humid day by 6 my hair had totally collapsed and looked like a mess :/

Forgetting to shave 1 armpit.
Giving myself some bangs when I was in my teens, turned out horrible as they were too short and crooked
Bad perms as a teen. Those were bad hair moments…
Cheers.
Last month I had to renew my passport, the night before I dyed my hair, light blond, but it came out RED! Not that I don’t like red, but not on me. It was to late to change my appointment so I thought oh well will only be stuck with it for 4 years, wrong they are good for 10!
Ahhh, my first perm, too tight of curls, enough said!
Going out in humidity and my hair started to frizz so bad and had nothing to put my hair in
The first perm I had was really bad. It looked like a bird’s nest.
I figured I’d look super cute braiding my hair into teeny tiny braids. Yipes is all I can say!
