Riley’s Baked Organic Apple

Good for 9 mos and up. It doesn’t get much easier than this. It’s quick, yummy and really good for you and your little one! You know what they say, “an apple a day”! This recipe is great if your little one is starting to eat soft solids and not just pureed foods.
1 organic apple, cored
Bake in the oven at 350 for 30mins or until tender
Peel the skin and serve the soft flesh in cubes for your little one to eat
Variations
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- Stuffed with finely chopped fruit and raisins
- Served with vanilla yogurt
