Sweet Potato and Cannellini Beans

- 1 cup cooked organic sweet potato
- 1 can (15 ounces) organic Cannellini beans, drained and mashed
- Dash of ground cinnamon
Bake or steam potato in preheated 400 F oven until very soft, about 45 minutes. Cool potato, peel and mash.Combine potato and beans on plate and sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
