Renee: Week 5

Going that Extra Mile at Superstore
Last week I decided my goal was to have a great butt. so I just looked up double butt on google to find a picture that was not my own and it brought me to a site that says everything tastes better with bacon. You can actually buy a t-shirt that says this. Although I agree, for breakfast I didn’t get to have bacon, I had a protein shake and a half cup of cottage cheese. Why does salty meats like bacon, sausage and fried ham remind you of the weekend and it doesn’t seem like the weekend without it.
GYM CLASS: So in order to make it to my 9:30 a.m. gym class, I found a Superstore that opens at 7:00 every morning. I went grocery shopping from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m., and all this effort is something every mother will go through just so that they don’t have to bring their kids grocery shopping. And the one’s that have their kids when you don’t, remind you just why they are at home. The class ended up being pretty good, just what I needed. Not too hard just enough to iron out the kinks before Ray comes back. He is coming tomorrow night so I am trying to be good and have something to report. My arms need a lot of work. They were waving at me in the mirror during my class today. To be honest I was a bit surprised. You know how when you raise your arm strait out it looks a bit toned? Well when you shake them like a Jamaican dancer after not seeing the sun since August does not do much for your ego. I am thinking positive and knowing that in 6 more weeks when this is all over I will look like Cindy Crawford. It will be perfect.

Good for you, Renee, on your quest to get fit…sounds like your trainer is working you hard! What kind of exercise class are you taking?
Can you help me look like Cindy Crawford too?? At 7 and a half months pregnant, I’m feeling very un-Cindy Crawford-like to say the least!
Shopping at 7 a.m. like in the morning 7 a.m.? you go girl!
I have often thought it would be nice if grocery stores had a little mini hour care center, instead of carts with seats just think how quiet shopping would become for everyone….
auh such dreams. But then to go work out afterwards…
YOU GO GIRL
