Vancouver Public Library is having a party! Presented in honor of the CanWest/Vancouver Sun Raise-a-Reader and Vancouver Public Library's 10-year partnership with them, raising funds and awareness for family literacy and early childhood literacy programs for children across BC, the Library has invited Canada's favorite children's performer Fred Penner to the Central Library.
Want to join in the fun? You must enter to win a free parent and child ticket at a VPL branch by September 7th.
Admission is free, but tickets are required so head down to your local public library and enter before its to late!!
