Porridge for your baby

Chances are your baby isn’t yet bored with the cereal and fruit but you probably are. Porridge is a great breakfast treat that your baby will happily eat!
Best made just before mealtime, porridge can be served with warm or cold milk, a little golden syrup or pureed fruit.
Porridge (suitable 6-9 months)

1/3 cup rolled oats
¾ cup water or milk
Stovetop: Combine all ingredients in small pan; bring to a boil, cook, stirring about 2 minutes or until thickened
Microwave: Combine ingredients in microwave safe container, cover, microwave on High for 2 minutes or until thickened, pausing halfway during cooking time to stir
Makes 1 cup (250ml)
